Compensation and Benefits

Full Time: $110,000–$200,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses).

Part Time: $50,000 -$80,000 + Bonus.

PRN (1099) Fee For Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care
  • Educate patients, families, and staff
  • Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours)
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings
Qualifications
  • Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience
  • Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU/SICU preferred
  • Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
