The MH Registered Nurse II – Primary Care Family Medicine role provides high‑quality care to patients and families through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN II assists physicians and advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent patient care.

Competent in a clinical role with the ability to care for most assigned patients. Demonstrates ability to obtain resources to develop required skills and knowledge over time. Automatic advancement to RN I after 1 year when all onboarding requirements are met.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• License/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required; current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience:
  
  One year of recent RN experience required. Automatic advancement from RN I level if all onboarding requirements are complete, including the New Grad Residency (where available).
