Maine Family Nurse Practitioner -FQHC Bangor

A well-established community health organization (FQHC) in central Maine, approximately 40 miles north of Bangor, is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its growing primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full‑scope primary care in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment with a strong focus on work‑life balance.

• Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hours per week; 36 hours clinical / 4 hours administrative
• Patient Volume: Approximately 14-16 patients per 8‑hour day
• Practice Model: Outpatient primary care
• Team Environment: Multiple providers at most clinic locations
• Call: Telephone call only. One week at a time, approximately once every two months

• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Adult Nurse Practitioners may be considered
• 2+ years of clinical experience

• Salary based on experience
• Performance‑based bonus program in addition to base salary
• Eligible for NHSC Loan Repayment
