Compensation and Benefits:
- Earning potential Full Time: $110,000–$200,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)
- Part-Time $50,000 -$80,000 + Bonus
- PRN (1099) Fee For Service
- Flexible
Schedule:
Monday – Friday. No on-call, weekends, or holidays. - Generous Paid Time Off

- Ongoing education and clinical support, including physician-level consult access
- Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care
- Educate patients, families, and staff
- Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours)
- Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings
- Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience
- Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU/SICU preferred
- Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
