Job DescriptionSanfield Rehab & Living Center, located in Hartland, has an opportunity for an RN to join our team as Director of Nursing.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse with a history in long term care.
- Minimum of 3 years management experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with Medicare, Medicaid, case mix and rehab/sub-acute services.
- Strong clinical nursing skills.
- Demonstrated background in financial management, policy/procedure implementation, and ability to manage all aspects of the nursing department.
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
