Up to a $20,000 Sign‑On Bonus for RNs with 2+ Years of Surgical Services or Acute Care Experience. $36.00–$49.16/hour. $432.00–$589.92 Gross per 12‑Hour Shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime paid in accordance with applicable law). 12‑Hour Shifts | Days Available.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgery.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient status, administer medications, and respond to clinical changes.
  • Maintain a safe, sterile environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise and support OR Technicians and ancillary staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement, staff education, and unit initiatives.
  • Promote efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state RN License.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience or on‑job training.
  • Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) Certification (AORN) preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $36.00 to $49.16 per hour.

The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, based on skillset, years of experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
