Bonus Amount:
Up to $20,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Experienced RNs with 2+ Years of Acute Care Experience. New Graduate RNs Eligible for a $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus. Eligibility and payout terms apply, details discussed during the interview process.

Competitive pay: $36.00–$49.16/hour, $432.00–$589.92 gross per 12‑hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime paid in accordance with applicable law). 12‑hour shifts, days, nights & mid shifts available.

• Assesses, prioritizes, and triages patients using established clinical protocols.
• Provides emergency nursing care, treatments, and life‑saving interventions.
• Administers medications, blood products, and IV therapies as ordered.
• Monitors patient condition, interprets clinical findings, and promptly communicates changes to the healthcare team.
• Assists with emergency procedures, trauma care, diagnostic testing, and patient stabilization.
• Operates and monitors emergency and life‑support equipment.
• Collaborates with physicians, advanced practice providers, EMS, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Educates patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Promotes patient safety, quality care, and positive clinical outcomes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintained.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintained.
• Current PALS certificate and/or ENPC 30 days upon hire and maintained.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Facility specific certifications as applicable (e.g., MICN, emergency pediatric courses, NRP, TNNC).
