Location: Dover-Foxcroft
Hibbard Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dover-Foxcroft, ME seeks a detail‑oriented MDS Coordinator to manage resident assessments and ensure accuracy across the RAI process. You will report to the Director of Nursing and lead interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans and documentation.
Must have MDS and ICD-10 experience;
Maine RN or LPN licensure; strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency with EMR and Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
