Bonus Amount

Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced RNs with 2+ Years of Acute Care Experience. New Graduate RNs eligible for $10,000 Sign-On Bonus. Bonus availability for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms apply; details discussed during interview process.

Compensation

Pay: $36.00–$49.16 per hour. Gross per 12-hour shift: $432.00–$589.92 before taxes and deductions. Overtime paid per applicable law.

Work Schedule

12-Hour shifts. Days, nights, and mid shifts available.

Responsibilities

The RN provides safe, patient-centered care within the oncology/infusion center, delivering direct patient care according to clinical standards and scope of practice. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusion treatments to adult oncology patients with diagnosed malignancies.

  • Provide direct care to oncology patients in an infusion setting.
  • Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions per protocol.
  • Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment response and side effects.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
  • Ensure adherence to oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols.
  • Communicate clinical changes, labs, and diagnostic results to physicians.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Collaborate with oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state RN license.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain it.
  • Oncology Nursing Certification preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
