0-1years of experience eligible for $2,500 (full time)
1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full orPart timeCNA position. Bonus amount prorated forPart timehires,per diem hires are ineligible.
Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
SummaryThis is a full time, day shift position. The Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated residents under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)- Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred. - License/
Certifications:
Current applicable state(s) certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. - Experience:

The pay range for this position is $20.27to $24.36 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
