Registered Nurse (RN) - Vaccine Immunizer (Short-Term Assignment) Pay rate: $48 an hr

Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM Lunch: 30-minute lunch (1:30 PM-2:00 PM)

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours/week (No weekends) Assignment Dates:
September 8, 2026 - November 13, 2026
* Due to the short term nature of this project no time off or vacations will be permitted.

Overview A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Vaccine Immunizer for a short-term, full-time vaccination assignment. In this role, you’ll provide safe and efficient immunization services, support vaccination outreach, and deliver excellent patient care in a clinic/pharmacy setting. This is a great fit for an RN who enjoys working directly with patients and supporting preventative healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and safely administer vaccinations per clinical standards and policies
  • Perform immunization screenings and verify eligibility and vaccine history
  • Maintain safe medication administration practices for all assigned vaccines
  • Complete accurate documentation, including Vaccine Administration Records (VAR)
  • Educate patients/customers on available vaccination services and encourage participation
  • Support clinic workflow and coordinate with onsite staff/partners
  • Communicate patient status changes or concerns to appropriate team members
  • Utilize computer systems/technology for documentation and updates
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
  • Active BLS certification (required)
  • Immunization/vaccination experience (preferred)
  • Must be able to commit to the full assignment timeframe (Sept 8-Nov 13, 2026)
  • Strong communication and patient-interaction skills
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with the onsite team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in community health, pharmacy, outpatient, public health, or vaccination events
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort in a fast-paced clinic setting
