Registered Nurse (RN) - Vaccine Immunizer (Short-Term Assignment) Pay rate: $48 an hr
Location:
On-site - St. Louis MO 63126
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch (1:30 PM-2:00 PM)
Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours/week (No weekends) Assignment Dates:
September 8, 2026 - November 13, 2026 (approx.)
A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Vaccine Immunizer for a short-term, full-time vaccination assignment. In this role, you'll provide safe and efficient immunization services, support vaccination outreach, and deliver excellent patient care in a clinic/pharmacy setting. This is a great fit for an RN who enjoys working directly with patients and supporting preventative healthcare.
Responsibilities- Assess patients and safely administer vaccinations per clinical standards and policies
- Perform immunization screenings and verify eligibility and vaccine history
- Maintain safe medication administration practices for all assigned vaccines
- Complete accurate documentation, including Vaccine Administration Records (VAR)
- Educate patients/customers on available vaccination services and encourage participation
- Support clinic workflow and coordinate with onsite staff/partners
- Communicate patient status changes or concerns to appropriate team members
- Utilize computer systems/technology for documentation and updates
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Active BLS certification (required)
- Immunization/vaccination experience (preferred)
- Must be able to commit to the full assignment timeframe (Sept 8-Nov 13, 2026)
- Strong communication and patient-interaction skills
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with the onsite team
- Experience in community health, pharmacy, outpatient, public health, or vaccination events
- Strong organizational skills and comfort in a fast-paced clinic setting
