For a limited time, Maine Health is offering sign‑on bonuses for Certified Nursing Assistants:

• 0‑1 years of experience: $2,500 (full time)
• 1+ years of experience: $4,000 (full time)

Eligible candidates are hired into a full or part‑time CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for part‑time hires. Per diem hires are ineligible.

Current Maine Health member employees and former members who have separated within the last 6 months are ineligible.

This is a full‑time, night‑shift position.

The Certified Nursing Assistant – Acute Care role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, performing a variety of direct and indirect care duties.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Experience:
  
  Relevant experience preferred.
