Travel RN - Med​/Surg - Hospice​/Palliative Care

Overview

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Hospice On-Call position in Maine, requiring an ME or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Home health/hospice setting serving the Coastal Division (Rockland area)
• On-call shift hours: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Float policy requires travel between facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed
• On-call only position — no standard scheduled shifts
• Personal electronic devices including Air Pods, laptops, and cell phones are not permitted while on duty
• Candidates residing within 90 miles of any Maine Health facility (including residents of Maine or New Hampshire) are considered local and subject to a different pay rate
• Local candidates are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions
• Candidates who have worked at any Maine Health facility within the past 12 months should disclose this during the application process
• Travel pairs or groups are not accepted for this position

• Active ME RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references required
