CNA – LTC​/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Position

Provide direct patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Support residents with daily activities and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to facility protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members regarding patient needs.
• Follow infection control procedures in line with healthcare standards.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license and current certification.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and position patients safely.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption.
• Reliable and adaptable to shift schedules.
