Sign-On Bonus

Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus for RNs with 2+ years of oncology or acute care experience. New graduate RNs eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.

Compensation

$36.00–$49.16 per hour.

$432.00–$589.92 gross per 12‑hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime paid in accordance with applicable law).

12‑hour shifts – days, nights & mid‑shifts available.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, patient‑centered care within the oncology/infusion center, delivering direct patient care in accordance with clinical standards and scope of practice. Responsible for administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusion treatments to adult oncology patients with diagnosed malignancies.

  • Provide direct care to oncology patients in an infusion setting.
  • Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions per protocol.
  • Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment response and side effects.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
  • Ensure adherence to oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols.
  • Communicate clinical changes, labs, and diagnostic results to physicians.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Collaborate with oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state RN license.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintained thereafter.
  • Oncology nursing certification preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
