Registered Nurse – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure quality patient care while adhering to regulatory standards and facility policies.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
