CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Skilled Pediatric Homecare

Home, Hope and Healing, Inc. is seeking a CNA to work with a Pediatric client in the Searsport area. The family could use your help with any of the following shifts:
Monday-Thursday 2 p.m.

-6 p.m., Fridays 4 p.m.

-7 p.m., and Saturdays/Sundays 1 p.m.

-7 p.m.

• Provide 1‑on‑1, client‑centered care and services
• Block time shifts of 8‑12 hours per day, including days, evenings, or nights
• Flexibility to work Per Diem or Full Time in the location of your choice
• Assist with personal hygiene: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and undressing
• Prepare and feed meals; provide transfer and/or mobility support
• Help with safe restroom use and continence maintenance
• Perform activities of daily living, such as meal prep, laundry, dishes, and maintaining a hygienic residence
• Assist with communication via telephone, email, or internet
• Support the client’s authorized and individualized care plan

• Active CNA certification
• One year of clinical experience in home care preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Successful passing of background checks
