Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, supporting their daily needs and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control procedures, including proper use of PPE and documentation of COVID-19 vaccination status.
• Support medication administration under supervision and ensure resident safety.
• Maintain patient privacy and uphold facility policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license or certification in the relevant state.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively within a team.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adhere to health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption.
