Role:
MDS Coordinator, RN
Responsibilities- Lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and ensure accurate, timely completion of MDS assessments.
- Audit MDS assessments to maintain compliance and support individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to review resident outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations related to documentation and assessments.
- Educate staff on MDS processes and regulatory requirements.
