The Certified Nursing Assistant, Long Term Care role is responsible for administering medications accurately and in a timely manner to residents. The Certified Nursing Assistant-Medications - Long Term Care completes a 120-hour medication course and upon passing the state exam, is permitted to administer medications in a health care facility under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)- Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred. - License/
Certifications:
Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant-Medications (CNA-M) required. Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Medication Technician required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. - Experience:
One year of experience in either Medical Surgical Nursing, Long Term Care, including Dementia Care and/or Skilled Care or Home Care setting preferred. - Additional Skills/Requirements

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $20.68 to $25.10 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
