Registered Nurse – ICU / Step Down (Travel)

Rockport, ME | Acute Care

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU and Step Down unit with a patient ratio of 1:2–3
• Operate and monitor equipment in an 8-bed unit using EPIC EMR
• Adhere to every-other-weekend scheduling requirements and variable on-call obligations based on unit needs
• Float to Medical-Surgical or other units as a resource when required
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications and unit-specific education modules

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU and/or Step Down experience
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Willingness and ability to float to other units as needed

• PALS certification (preferred but not required)
• Pediatric nursing experience (preferred but not required)
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR

• Opportunity to work in a specialized ICU/Step Down environment with a supportive team and guaranteed weekly hours
• Travel assignment in coastal Maine with a projected start date of October 2026
