This is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 2 vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN or LPN work experience

For a limited time Maine Health is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!

  • Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
  • Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled rehabilitation and long-term care team.

As an LPN, you'llwork alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, support residents through their rehabilitation journey, and help individuals achieve their highest level of independence and well-being.

Under direction of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse
- Long Term Care role provides supportive and restorative care to residents, reinforces the resident and family teaching program, and administers medications and treatments according to policies, procedures, and standards of the nursing practice.

The MH Registered Nurse
- Ambulatory Care role provides high quality care to patients and families calling or presenting for care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.

MH RN I:
This level represents the beginner in their clinical role. This care team member has less than 12 months experience and is primarily developing the required knowledge and skills to work within their setting. Level I must achieve all performance expectations, by completion of facility and unit orientation, and satisfactorily completing the introductory period.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (RN)
  • Education:

    Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • License/

    Certifications:

    Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience:

    New Grad or RN with less than 12 months experience.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (LPN)
  • Education:

    Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required.
  • License/

    Certifications:

    Current applicable state(s) license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience:

    One year of relevant experience preferred.
