ICU Nurse, RN Nurse
Role: Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU, providing direct patient care to critically ill adult patients in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans; monitor and document patient conditions; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; educate patients and families; delegate care to ancillary staff; precept students and new hires.
Qualifications & Skills: Active Maine RN licensure or ability to obtain; at least 1 year of RN experience in acute care preferred; prior CCU experience is a plus; certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and MOAB are preferred.
Key Duties: Ensure optimal patient outcomes through assessment and resource management; communicate effectively; support patient transfer, discharge, and psychosocial needs; promote safety, wellness, and work/life balance.
