Role:

Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU, providing direct care to critically ill adult patients in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans; monitor and communicate patient conditions; collaborate across disciplines for comprehensive care; educate patients and families; delegate tasks to staff; potentially precept students and new hires.

Qualifications & Skills:

Active RN license; minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience; preferred CCU experience; certifications such as BLS, ACLS, MOAB; ability to work 12‑hour night shifts with weekend and holiday rotations.

Key Duties:

Ensure optimal patient outcomes through assessment and resource management; coordinate patient transfers, discharges, and referrals; support psychosocial needs; provide culturally appropriate education; and delegate care efficiently.
