Location: Farmingdale
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Surgical (Med Surg) unit to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Key Responsibilities Include- Developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans based on assessments.
- Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient conditions effectively.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for patient transfer, discharge, and holistic support.
- Providing education tailored to patient and family needs, considering age, culture, and condition.
- Delegating tasks to ancillary staff and precepting students and new hires.
- Current RN licensure in the state or ability to obtain.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment skills.
