• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per the plan of care
• Monitor residents’ health status, document vital signs, and report changes to the care team
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care
• Document accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure safety, infection control, and a clean, therapeutic environment; respond promptly to resident needs
• Provide timely updates to the supervising nurse and participate in care planning as needed

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Maine
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts
• Eligible for travel assignments (temporary assignment)
