Job Summary:

Provide essential direct patient care within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Support resident needs with compassion and professionalism, ensuring comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Follow care plans and document patient progress accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Support patient mobility and transfer tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CNA in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in a LTC or SNF setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow directions precisely.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and rotating shifts.
