We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pinnacle Health & Rehab  a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our residents.

• Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents
• Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
• Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care
• Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families
• Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care

• Current Maine RN

This is a part-time and full-time position, with varying shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

$35 - $45 HOURLY
