The Manager - Clinical Nursing for Chase Point is responsible for overall clinical supervision and coordination of person-centered quality care. This includes clinical operations, as well as fiscal and regulatory requirements. Emphasize the importance of the employee/customer relationship to realize positive outcomes. Acts as liaison with other departments to ensure care is delivered collaboratively using an interdisciplinary team approach.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Certifications:
Current Maine State Registered Professional Nurse license required. Current BLS certification required. Certificate in Gerontology or Nursing Management preferred.
Required:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
