Job Description & How to Apply Below
You’ll take the lead on servicing residential and commercial properties, ensuring safe, timely arrivals and delivering top-quality applications that improve lawn health. Through our in-depth training program, you’ll become the expert — diagnosing lawn issues, recommending the most effective solutions, and serving as a trusted problem-solver for your clients.
Our Technicians don’t just treat lawns — they educate, build relationships, and help clients discover additional services that bring real value. You’ll help grow accounts, expand services, and contribute directly to the success of a company on the move.
If you love working outdoors, being hands-on, and being part of something growing and exciting — this is your moment.
Additional Essential Functions- Put your skills to work using both hand-held and powered equipment to apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides — tackling weeds head-on while helping lawns and ornamentals thrive.
- Operate with confidence and integrity by following all state and federal regulations, company policies, and local ordinances. Safety and compliance aren’t just boxes to check — they’re part of the standard we set every single day.
- Be the friendly expert clients trust. When homeowners are present, you’ll connect with them, ask the right questions, address concerns, and assess current lawn conditions to ensure we’re delivering the best possible results.
- Competitive hourly pay - life is expensive! We believe in paying well.
- Your job is safe with us. We are a fast-growing company, which means you will have opportunities to advance your career – we promote from within!
- We recognize + reward great work!
- Do you want to work with your friend? We offer a referral bonus!
- Paid training from day 1!
- Great trucks + equipment.
- Affordable health care packages that include medical, dental, vision, short-term disability insurance, and MORE!
- 401K, 9 company paid holidays, paid vacation + sick leave.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving
- At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
- Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires
- Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew
- Encourage a positive team atmosphere + willingness to help others
