Lucky Pet Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist!

Role: Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: 4-day work week;
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Communicate hospital policies, pricing, and service information clearly
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and welcoming lobby environment
  • Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed
  • Support hospital cleanliness across treatment and kennel areas
  • Help the team with tasks as needed to keep the day running smoothly
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, client communication, and daily front desk operations
  • Support exceptional patient and client experiences throughout every visit
