Camp Chewonki in Wiscasset, Maine is seeking a Trip Leader & Adventure Staff to guide backcountry expeditions and support dynamic adventure programming.
In this residential, seasonal role you’ll mentor campers, teach outdoor living and watercraft skills, manage risk, and model teamwork. On-site housing is provided; dates June 13, 2026 to August 16, 2026; reports to the Associate Director of Trips. Starting salary is $4,500 with travel stipend, meals included, and a $200 refer-a-friend bonus.
