• Lead the execution of complex project tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Engage with customers on technical and operational matters, providing expert guidance and resolving advanced issues
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams for resource allocation and milestone achievement
• Analyze project performance data and metrics to optimize outcomes and enhance customer value
• Evaluate project risks, issues, and change requests, collaborating on mitigation strategies to ensure project success

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex projects
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
• Proficient in Polish and English with strong organizational skills
• Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office, ideally with 2-3 years in construction companies
• Valid driving license required for frequent customer visits and business travel

• Experience in a health technology or related industry
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building customer relationships
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
