What You'll Own
As our QA Assistant, you'll help keep every batch on track by supporting Greenhead's GMP, food safety, and quality assurance programs. This role exists to make sure our documentation is solid, our checks are consistent, and our standards stay high—customers get safe, great-tasting product.
- Assist with monitoring, verification, and record‑keeping tied to GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety.
- Help maintain accurate QA documentation and electronic records.
- Support training activities and continuous improvement efforts.
- Spot quality concerns and communicate them quickly and clearly.
What you’ll bring:
- Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety principles.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations/seafood processing (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
