Duties include:- Advertising and filling vacancies

- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Computer literacy for property management software and a willingness to learn.
- Currently this is a part-time position but could become full-time with the right person.
