The Associate Scientist supports research initiatives within a scientific team, contributing to experiments, data analysis, and research documentation. This role involves conducting laboratory work, assisting in experimental design, and collaborating with senior scientists to achieve project objectives.
** Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions
*** May assist in the design, execution, and analysis of experiments under the guidance of senior researchers.
* Conduct experiments, collect data, and assist in analyzing and may interpret results using appropriate tools and methodologies.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and observations in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment, inventory management, and adherence to safety protocols.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, effectively communicating experimental procedures, results, and insights.
* May support senior scientists in reviews, experimental setup, and troubleshooting.
* Collaborative role comprised of planning of execution of in-vivo studies and scientific writing

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*** Hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a research or academic environment.
* Familiarity with laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and scientific methodologies related to the field.

* Strong attention to detail in conducting experiments, recording observations, and maintaining documentation.

Education:

Master's required/ Doctorate preferred

Experience:

2 years required/ 4 years preferred

Pay Range: $65,018 - $108,857, salary is determined by experience.
