Location: Bar Harbor
Compass Group - - - Responsibilities:
Take food and beverage orders and deliver to dining room guests following established steps of service;
Greet guests warmly and communicate with back-of-house to ensure correct orders;
Advise guests on menu items, ingredients, and allergens; accommodate reasonable requests and dietary needs;
Maintain sanitation and ensure dining room is properly set up before and after service;
Address guest complaints promptly and relay to supervisor; coordinate with staff during events
