A boutique hotel in Maine is seeking an experienced cook to prepare high-quality breakfast dishes for guests. You will be required to ensure excellent food safety and hygiene while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of cooking experience in a fine dining restaurant and a culinary degree or equivalent experience. Shared housing is available for $150/week and the work schedule is from 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., five days a week.
