The JobAs a Busperson at Prime Steakhouse in Bellagio
, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the elegance and impeccable service that defines our dining experience, inspired by the culinary genius of Chef Jean‑Georges Vongerichten. In this newly reimagined venue, where craving meets sophistication, your responsibilities will ensure that every corner of our restaurant reflects the high standards of cleanliness and organization that our guests expect. Your primary duty will be to maintain the dining room, storerooms, food pickup area, and beverage station, all meticulously aligned with our cleanliness and stock standards.
You’ll be instrumental in supporting our team as they serve prime steak, fresh seafood, and lamb, elevated by fabulous sauces and expertly selected wines.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.6747 hourly + tips
Day‑to‑Day- Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
- Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
- Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
- Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
- Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
- Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
- Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred
- Previous experience as a Busperson in a High‑volume, Fine Dining restaurant preferred
