THE JOBAs a Gourmet Food Server at Yellowtail inside the Bellagio, you’ll deliver polished, attentive service in a vibrant setting overlooking the iconic Fountains. You’ll expertly take and present orders from our innovative Japanese menu, maintain pristine tables, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and finalize checks with accuracy and efficiency. From supporting side work to upholding the elevated standards of our contemporary dining experience, you’ll play a vital role in every unforgettable Las Vegas evening.
THESTARTING RATE
$14.507 hourly + tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY- Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
- Guide guest through all phases of their experience at the restaurant
- Knowledgeable of selling techniques, service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages, and service delivery of menu items of every course
- Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables and Point of Sale (POS) station
- Anticipate the guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Communicate with management, chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guest and or employees
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 5+ years of prior relevant experience in a high‑paced environment with food service experience preferred
