Shift Manager Opportunity

Pay up to $18.00 per hour. The actual starting rate offered will be based on factors such as management experience, availability, qualifications, and the staffing needs of the restaurant.

We are hiring experienced Certified Shift Managers and Department Managers to be leaders within our restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you run the show during your shifts. You will be responsible for guiding the crew, keeping the energy high, and making sure every customer gets a fast, friendly, and accurate McGolden experience!

As a Certified Swing Manager, your responsibilities may include:

• Food safety & quality standards
• Crew training, coaching, & scheduling
• Inventory and labor management
• Daily cleanliness and safety
