Cumberland Farms - - Responsibilities:
Greet guests and ensure excellent guest service;
Manage food stock levels, costs, waste, preparation, presentation, and food safety for hot and cold items;
Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance in the food service area;
Meet company goals for food sales including items like pizza, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee;
Provide training, feedback, and coaching on food preparation and safety to team members;
Coordinate with vendors on food safety measures and inventory rotation;
Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait times
