Crew Team Member Pay Range: $15.10 to $17.75 per hour

The actual starting rate offered will be based on factors such as experience, availability, qualifications, and the staffing needs of the restaurant.

As a Crew Team Member, Responsibilities May Include:

Greeting customers with a smile

Taking accurate food and beverage orders

Preparing McDonald’s World Famous food Working with other crew members and managers to meet restaurant goals

Maintaining restaurant cleanliness

Ensuring products and supplies are properly stocked

Following food safety and workplace safety procedures

Providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service
