Salary Range: $19.61 - $24.51

• Assist with daily store operations and support leads and managers.
• Handle merchandise, transfers, and process inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
• Ensure merchandise placements meet company standards.
• Manage merchandise pricing, reticketing, signage, and stock adjustments.
• Monitor inventory control processes, including damage reporting and stockouts.
• Back‑stock, organize, and maintain the stockroom.
• Under guidance, merchandise products for sales events and signage, ensuring standards are followed.
• Support setup and takedown of in‑store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Demonstrated flexibility with competing tasks and a "win together" mentality.
• Basic proficiency with the MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
