As a Wireless Sales Associate, you ll get to know our communication technology inside and out. You ll be the one everyone else looks to when it comes to what s next in wireless and technology solutions. It s good to be the expert.

• Handle all aspects of the sales process: completing customer contracts, accepting bill payments, fulfilling warranty replacements, and all administrative aspects related to the sale
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
• Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance for all products and services offered
• Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and services
• Customer outreach
• Maintain proper store operations

• Must be 18yrs old
• Some retail customer service experience
• Works well with others in a competitive, friendly, team environment
• Using competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals
• Working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime

• 1 or more years of commission/incentive-based retail sales experience
