Customer Service Representative position  role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashier duties, making purchase suggestions, and assisting with the store’s food program. The candidate will work throughout the store to maintain high store appearance standards and deliver fast, friendly service.

• Greet customers and operate the register/cashier duties.
• Make product purchase suggestions and sometimes assist with the food program.
• Maintain store appearance inside and outside the store.
• Provide regular, predictable on‑site attendance.
• Interact with customers daily while working in a team to accomplish daily tasks.

• Experience in retail or customer service, preferably as a sales associate or cashier.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and friendly conversation skills.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while staying positive and engaging.
• Team‑oriented mindset to achieve daily goals.
• Problem‑solving ability and creativity to offer suggestions.
• Willingness to learn and advance career.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; eye‑hand coordination required; may include climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
