Job Type: Full-time

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:

• Leadership and Management: Supervises 2 or more full-time employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and managing performance.
• Store Relationships: Develops positive relationships with suppliers, promotes excellent customer service, and maintains a safe store environment.
• Training and Development: Conducts performance appraisals, trains employees on customer service, safety, and cash handling.
• Communications: Ensures effective communication with staff and management through meetings and updates.
• Organizing and Planning: Manages store operations, maintains files and reports, and ensures merchandise is well-stocked and displayed.
• Financial: Analyzes sales and expenses, manages budgets, and safeguards cash and inventory.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and operate store equipment.
• Proficiency with computers and report analysis.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Open availability and effective communication skills in English.
• Food Safety certifications may be required.

• Work at least 50 hours/week, including some outdoor and cold environments.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for long periods, and operate equipment.

• Work involves indoor and outdoor tasks, including cleaning and stocking.
• Requires working on all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
