About the RoleThe Counter position is essential for ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient operations within our facility. This role involves managing customer interactions, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The successful candidate will be responsible for problem‑solving on the spot, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring that all products are well‑stocked and organized. Additionally, the Counter will play a key role in team collaboration, contributing to a positive work environment and supporting sales initiatives.
Ultimately, this position is vital for driving customer satisfaction and operational success in our Rumford location.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment.
- Experience in inventory management or sales management.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and cash handling procedures.
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer service.
- Utilize problem‑solving skills to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.

Weekend and holiday availability are required.
Shift length will range between 4 - 8 hours.
Weekly hours will range from 15 - 29 hours and will flex based on business trends.
