What You'll Do

Lead daily store operations and support the Store Manager
Deliver top-tier customer service (retail + commercial)
Coach, train, and develop team members
Help drive sales growth and profitability
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
Maintain store standards, merchandising, and inventory accuracy
Support hiring, scheduling, and performance management
Step in as acting Store Manager when needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
2+ years of leadership experience
1+ year in sales or auto parts (preferred)
Key holder experience preferred
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
Comfortable using POS systems & Microsoft Office

Physical & Work Environment

Active role: standing, walking, lifting (up to 40 lbs)
Indoor & outdoor work conditions
Fast-paced, hands-on environment

Schedule

Full-Time
45 hours/week (expected)
